Are they just dividers, or insertions conveying messages?

Before I realized I was pondering over the meaning of these insertions.

Why do they contain this amount of words?
Why are they placed here?
What purposes do they serve?

What exists between these brackets?

If wearable,
like a soft scarf, or a cozy knee blanket,
What kind of feelings and uniqueness will it exude in its own space?

The air starts to lift as we bode farewell to summer and autumn.
Clear and crisp winter air calls for some fun and excitement.

It would be lovely to embrace the clear air along with the emotions it evokes within the brackets.
